My shoulders are on fire!! 🔥🔥 The L-shape handstand at the wall is still very difficult but I can tell that all the compression drills I’ve been working on is making me stronger! I can step forward (from tiger curl position) more effortlessly now! 🙌🏽🙏🏽

I’m not sure what’s going on with my spine but it hasn’t been feeling very well. Core work brings some relief so I’ve been enjoying this handstand series more than usual. It’s so well thought out and makes so much sense the way you break things down. So grateful for you. I can hardly wait to learn from you in person. I’m literally crying. Thank you!! I love you!!!🤍
