Amazing. Builds up nicely to a little challenge, some nice hip openers but always keeping things grounded. A great way to start the day or for an energy boost later on ✨

Short class yet challenging that can work up a sweat! Whole body flows with lots of hamstring lengthening and strengthening, backbends, standing balance, and skandasana transition to fallen lunge to extended side plank to wild thing phew! I didn’t think I would be able to do full extended side plank in such a short class. Lovely 💕💕
