This is a great class to sneak in during busy days, in order to get out of the mind and into the body through a full body experience.

Short class yet challenging that can work up a sweat! Whole body flows with lots of hamstring lengthening and strengthening, backbends, standing balance, and skandasana transition to fallen lunge to extended side plank to wild thing phew! I didn’t think I would be able to do full extended side plank in such a short class. Lovely 💕💕

Believe it or not but I wished there was a short sequence with a skandasana today. And there it was! Perfect movements for my body today 🙏🏼
