One of my favs. Been doing camel for almost 20 years and this is the deepest & most comfortable I’ve ever gotten in it!

Camel sometimes leads to a sort of pain at the back of the neck where it connects to the scull. Not during, but after the pose if i come back to seated too fast. If trying to self scan it feels like all the blood from the legs is rushed to the head too fast. Don’t know if this is a common thing as i never heard it cued. By staying standing on knees longer, i avoid it. Just sharing my experience as it might happen to other people

This felt even better the second time around. My chest & shoulders are pretty sore from some strengthening work and this hit just right for me. Thank you!
