I remember not getting close to standing compass when I did this last year. While a lot has changed, that hasn’t. I feel like that’s one of those that’ll be years down the road. Not bothered though. I opted for some other binds & bird of paradise. That and a few extra twists have me buzzin. Thank you!

Redone this flow separately from the initial challenge and really loved it. It will surely become one of my go to classes for centering, balance and active hips opening.

Standing Compass Flow

Literally spent all day yesterday binge eating, sleeping and I got a massage. I slept in today so all I had time for was this. Sweet fuck sleep is good. Thankful to have little hits like this to still sort myself out before work. I feel good. Thank you!

Compression & side plank always get me. Strengthening my quads and stretching my hammies relieve undesired sensations in my knees though so I give it what I have each time. I surprised myself with my tuck entrance this time around too. I used to struggle so hard with it and felt like my low back was going to blast out but nailed a few this go around. Stoked on the lrogress. Thank you!!
