Hopping with compression is so difficult! Block still dropping 🤣Same as hopping from downdog. But I’m getting better. It is not as awkward with legs flailing everywhere. The movement is more controlled and I can feel my legs engaging better now too! 🙌🏽

Kicking into handstand from down dog is weird on my knee. She can’t handle explosive movement with my legs far from my hands yet. Up close is a go though. The compression work in this felt real good too. Thank you!
