One of my favorite flows, just challenging enough to make me keep going and giving it my all while still practicing. I don’t have flipped grip very accessible on my left arm but it felt good to keep trying what I could do knowing I can come back to this and try again.

Precisely what my body needed to wake up. My left knee is feeling a bit tender today but I was still able to get into skandasana, figure 4 puppy and all other figure 4 variations without uncomfortable sensations. As of late last year/this new year it feels like I’ve finally risen above and over came some serious trauma from all the surgeries. This is huge for me. Thanks for the continued inspiration and guidance to move in a loving way for my body. I appreciate the frigg outa you. 🙏🏻🔮✨

Daaaaamn! I haven’t tried this in a while. I noticed a huge change in my press game with this. So good! I feel like my hammies need to be a little more open and it’ll come more easily.  I was actually able to hold myself for a split second though. Every other time I’ve tried it’s been more of a thought with a lot of trembling than a press. Stoked on the prog(c)ress. Thank you!

Amazing creative class, feels just as good as the first time I have done it in the series. Manages to combine really strong physical movements while being soothing at the same time! Magic! Thanks🙏🏼

The compression belly to thigh in low lunge to standing split to pistol squat was very difficult but I’m getting better! Also loving the forward fold compression and chest opener too. Feels so good 🥰

Yay! I can kinda toe tap my wrist from downdog now! Progress! 🥳🤩 💃🏻 The shortened downdog with untuck toes is still very intense. The top of my feet still not strong enough to handle the pressure load. 😌

Hopping with compression is so difficult! Block still dropping 🤣Same as hopping from downdog. But I’m getting better. It is not as awkward with legs flailing everywhere. The movement is more controlled and I can feel my legs engaging better now too! 🙌🏽

My shoulders are on fire!! 🔥🔥 The L-shape handstand at the wall is still very difficult but I can tell that all the compression drills I’ve been working on is making me stronger! I can step forward (from tiger curl position) more effortlessly now! 🙌🏽🙏🏽

I’m not sure what’s going on with my spine but it hasn’t been feeling very well. Core work brings some relief so I’ve been enjoying this handstand series more than usual. It’s so well thought out and makes so much sense the way you break things down. So grateful for you. I can hardly wait to learn from you in person. I’m literally crying. Thank you!! I love you!!!🤍
