Nice 💪🏽💪🏽! The triceps workout was challenging for me 🥵! I think the ISO push 12 reps was a typo. The instructions said to hold ISO push up at the bottom. I think it suppose to have seconds instead of reps. So, I held a high plank for 20 secs (round 1), 30 secs ( round 2), and 40 secs (round 3). I hope that it okay.
