WEEK 6, DAY 5 [THE 100 REP Challenge Boodyweight]

**LAST Challenge of the Week! [optional- as we will also be doing our live workout this day! If you can't make the live workout, challenge yourself with the 100 rep workout. The goal is to complete this workout as fast as possible. If you timed yourself last time- see if you can beat that time this week. Send us a message and let us know how you did! Make this workout a weekly challenge that gets you out of your comfort zone and pushes you to get better. You will do each of the 8 exercises for 100 reps. Do as many reps as you can at a time until you reach 100 reps and then move on to the next exercises. The goal is to do it as fast as you can so record your finishing time and try to beat that time when you come back to this workout. Exercises: 1. Jumping Jacks 2. Squats 3. Front Lunges (50 each) 4. Lateral Toe Touches 5. Push-Ups (or on knees) 6.Plank Up-Down 7. Tuck Crunches (or Crunches) 8. Plank Tucks (or 100 seconds of a plank) Send us message and let us know how you did!🔥
