Took me around 50 min to complete. I did the push ups and single arm plank up-down's on my knees. But did it! Woot woot!

This was a hard challenge, took breaks where needed. My entire body is not happy right now. Appreciated the modifications took advantage of all those. Completed In 48:56…whew that was 🔥🔥🔥
