Challenge of the Week! Make this workout a weekly challenge that gets you out of your comfort zone and pushes you to get better. You will do each of the 8 exercises for 100 reps. Do as many reps as you can at a time until you reach 100 reps and then move on to the next exercises. The goal is to do it as fast as you can so record your finishing time and try to beat that time when you come back to this workout. Exercises: 1. Jumping Jacks 2. Squats 3. Front Lunges (50 each) 4. Lateral Toe Touches 5. Push-Ups (or on knees) 6.Plank Up-Down 7. Tuck Crunches (or Crunches) 8. Plank Tucks (or 100 seconds of a plank) Send us message and let us know how you did!🔥

Took me around 50 min to complete. I did the push ups and single arm plank up-down's on my knees. But did it! Woot woot!
