Day 40
Simple Squat Session:
Grab a set of DB’s and get cooking with this – set the clock for 1-minute intervals running and complete –
Min 1: 10 Split Squats - L
Min 2: 10 Split Squats - R
Min 3: 10 Rack Squats
That’s one cycle and 3 total minutes the goal is to complete 10 total cycles = 30 minutes of work.
This is not sexy or easy but 40 days in you should have the mental toughness and knowledge to load this properly and test yourself.
The key is finding a load that will challenge you to your limits – good luck.
