25 Push-Up Jacks
That’s one cycle the goal is to complete 4 total cycles resting as needed chasing quality reps throughout – don’t speed through with half ass reps.

Good workout. I did elevated pushups for 2 of the 4 rounds and broke up into sets.

15kg dumbbell. Did push-up jacks instead cos don’t have those sliders. Took about 3.5minutes per round.
