Bring along a strong core! Used a close grip 20kg barbell curl instead. 20kg db for burpees and rows. 15kg for lunges. Good workout 👏🏼

Good stuff here. Variety of 45 LB for all but curls and reverse lunges. Used 30s and 45 for those.
