Needed that. Foam rolling and a little walk about. Didn’t hit the 15k steps today so I see some major steps makeup’s in my future.

Boy oh boy. It hurt so good. I could barely get out of bed and walk all day. My legs are HURTING 😫. The rolling sesh definitely helped even tho it was so very painful. I wasn’t feeling it today but I’m very glad I had the discipline to do it.

Kicked off with 30 min zone 2 cardio- 15 min of slow box step ups and 15 min of walking lunges. Lower body rolling felt so good! 🙌🏼
