Always good tips. Thanks. I generally get 7-8 hrs in a night. Not drinking at much alcohol during this 40 day challenge has 100% helped with sleep. It’s crazy how much worse I sleep when I drink.

I’ve been focusing on sleep more and more. Taking magnesium daily and using Beam from time to time. Definitely feel a difference!

I don’t let many things or people interrupt the time info to sleep. If I could stay asleep all night, I’d be on cloud 9.

Thankfully, I sleep like a rock 🪨 most nights. I have a few bad nights a week but overall pretty decent sleeper. Melissa and I are usually in bed at 9am and up at 5. Beam helps on those days were I just do not feel tired. 😴
