Drinking 120-150oz daily…the first 40 when I wake up at 4am and the next 40oz at the gym or by the time I get home from the gym.

Have been killing my water intake. Biggest helper for me to hit 100 is knocking out 32oz before leaving the house in the morning. Keep on rocking 🤘🏼

The water goal is by far the easiest goal for me, I’ve always drank a lot of water and I drink a heck of a lot more than 100oz every day
