Workout was great. I’m having to modify due to a knee injury but still able to target specific muscle groups which is nice. The app keeps closing on me if I’m flipping through other apps (Spotify and camera) and I have to restart the workout after I’m halfway through. Still gave 5 stars because of the workout.
