There have been a few requests for instant flow, so here you go! This is truly instant flow so no warm up and fairly complex movements. We recommend revisiting a few times, and if you'd like to see the more detailed version of this class with breakdowns, drop us a comment! PS - Softer surface recommended for knees and shins. Intermediate due to pace and transitions.

Loved this flow but I should NOT have done it after my workout today because it was spicy!!! 😅🌶️🌶️🌶️ The use of the strap was a really great addition to help open the shoulders and keep them engaged during movement. 🙌

Loved this class! I downloaded this one, then pressed play out on the dock and quickly realized I didn’t have any of the recommended props. I almost talked myself out of continuing, but I told myself to see what I could do and I’m glad I did! I used my shoes as blocks, the dock is muddy enough so I went bare now I’m wearing mud socks 😂, and the benches worked perfectly as a wall.
