It’s hard to judge yoga but I will say after years of exclusively following your yoga I’m very used to your patterns, flows, transitions & it’s starting to become second nature!

Definitely enjoyed this yoga fitness test more than the first! 😊 Felt much stronger and more flexible this time around!! Super pumped I completed the entire WOYO Challenge!!

Thank you very much for your awesome program!! My yoga is also getting so much better!! I can do lots of poses which I couldn’t do 6 weeks ago!! I think I will do this program again!!

I definitely saw some improvement in a lot of areas. My hamstrings are still so tight though so that holds me back a little bit. Still room for improvement.
