WO= WORKOUT

🥳 This is a newly structured program where I took all my best workouts and paired them in a meaningful way with my best yoga flows so that all you have to do is show up and DO IT!
⏰ Most days get you in & out in 45 minutes or less, with minimal home equipment. Read the FAQs below to know exactly what you need.
✅ You will see two OPTIONAL Fitness tests in Week 1 and Week 6. At least give them a look. I recommend doing them because they’re an easy way to see your progress, but they are longer & tough. You would replace a workout from the according weeks with the tests.
✅ The weekly MIND theme/GOAL is meant for you to watch every Sunday so you know what your goal is for the week starting Monday.
✅ Be sure to download and use the progress report template (from my challenge page) so that at the end of each week you can fill out how many workouts & yoga you completed, how your mind goal went, and how you’re feeling. Tag me and share it on social!
✅ Saturdays- You have the option of replacing a Saturday workout with another activity like going to a class, hiking, sledding, etc. ACTIVE activity.
✅ You should be aiming to workout 5-6 days a week. I say 5 because having 2 rests days can also be beneficial.
✅ Be sure to watch the videos in the “Start Here” category on the app- they include valuable instructional information, like why warming up is so important and how to modify exercises as you need to.
🍏 I also encourage you to read the Nutrition Tips you’ll find in the “Guides” tab on the app, and to watch the Supplements video in “Start Here” for good info about eating right while working.
🙌🏽 My unique approach to fitness combines exercise and yoga so you can get the best of both worlds; train strength & endurance but reap the benefits of yoga as an active recovery to practice flexibility, mobility, balance & control.
