⚠️READ ALL OF THIS!!! 💥 Welcome to the WOYO•U22 Challenge! WO= WORKOUT YO= YOGA U22= You in 2022 🥳 This is a newly structured program where I took all my best workouts and paired them in a meaningful way with my best yoga flows so that all you have to do is show up and DO IT! ⏰ Most days get you in & out in 45 minutes or less, with minimal home equipment. Read the FAQs below to know exactly what you need. ✅ You will see two OPTIONAL Fitness tests in Week 1 and Week 6. At least give them a look. I recommend doing them because they’re an easy way to see your progress, but they are longer & tough. You would replace a workout from the according weeks with the tests. ✅ The weekly MIND theme/GOAL is meant for you to watch every Sunday so you know what your goal is for the week starting Monday. ✅ Be sure to download and use the progress report template (from my challenge page) so that at the end of each week you can fill out how many workouts & yoga you completed, how your mind goal went, and how you’re feeling. Tag me and share it on social! ✅ Saturdays- You have the option of replacing a Saturday workout with another activity like going to a class, hiking, sledding, etc. ACTIVE activity. ✅ You should be aiming to workout 5-6 days a week. I say 5 because having 2 rests days can also be beneficial. ✅ Be sure to watch the videos in the “Start Here” category on the app- they include valuable instructional information, like why warming up is so important and how to modify exercises as you need to. 🍏 I also encourage you to read the Nutrition Tips you’ll find in the “Guides” tab on the app, and to watch the Supplements video in “Start Here” for good info about eating right while working. 🙌🏽 My unique approach to fitness combines exercise and yoga so you can get the best of both worlds; train strength & endurance but reap the benefits of yoga as an active recovery to practice flexibility, mobility, balance & control. 🙏🏽 Leave me feedback after u workout!

I’m a fitness fanatic and Spartan Racer who found yoga in 2015. I fell in love with Yoga, and committed to an intense, self-taught, daily practice ever since. I discovered that fitness and yoga complement each other immensely and offer endless benefits TOGETHER that neither offer if practiced alone. I have since created my eGuide and app, The Fit Yogi Trainer - a beginner’s program that models a daily fitness and yoga routine after my own. I will be sharing more here, including HIIT work outs, yoga flows, drills, and tutorials. Frequently asked questions

How to schedule the program into a week?
This is a structured program so I give you a quick workout, & a post recovery flow 6 days a week, leaving you one rest day. Feel free to take 2 rest days if you need to! We follow a loose routine of 2 days of lower body, 2 days of upper body, and 2 days of full body.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These are for all levels, and YOU are always IN CONTROL. If you’re a beginner, I give modification options so you can stay in control of the intensity. You can modify, decrease weight, reps, and even rounds. But you need to push yourself! Please watch the video “modifications” in “START HERE” for important info. The yoga is also very all-level friendly. If you’re comfortable working out, this structured program will give you a new workout everyday for 6 weeks PLUS a correlating yoga flow so you can train your flexibility, mobility, balance & control at the same time.
What do I need to participate in this program?
You will able to do a lot of these workouts with your Bodyweight and a few simple pieces of equipment. Here’s what I highly recommend to get the most of this program: Mat Resistance bands Dumbbells (lighter and heavier set) Yoga blocks Simple bench Pull up bar You can get any of these on Amazon or even at Wal Mart or a sports store. These are not as important but still great to have: Barbell Jump rope Ankle weights Spin bike or echo bike* I recommend the Rogue Echo Bike Soft box for box jumps Treadmill* I recommend the Nordic Track X32i

What are the goals of the program?
