This was amazing for today and just what I needed. With the time change, my kids have been sleeping in a little so I got the workout and yoga in before they woke up. Great yoga practice for a cold down this early morning.

Absolutely loved this as a get ready for bed flow. I wish it was longer because your voice is so soothing.
