I did 3 sets of each & loved it! 💪🏼 plus I think I might start incorporating that flow into my days more often!!!

This was amazing for today and just what I needed. With the time change, my kids have been sleeping in a little so I got the workout and yoga in before they woke up. Great yoga practice for a cold down this early morning.
