I did 2 rounds because I have strep throat and didn’t want to over exert myself with going really hard, so I modified a lot but felt really good. Burpees 17,23 Squat jumps 40, 43 Push-ups 37, 25 Crow crunches 25, 26 Jump lunges 25, 35
