I am a puddle of sweat. I did a mile run warm up, 2 rounds of this circuit and then the yoga and I am jello! So good!

Loved this one!! I had to psyche myself up for it though because I hate burpees so much! So after the initial 30 burpees warmup, I loved the rest of this one! Haha! Made me sweat for sure!
