I went up in reps &/or added weight! I’m feeling so strong! 💪🏼 plus my form & engagement has improved on so many exercises! 🤩

I didn’t do the fitness test my first time through WOYO because I knew the first time through that I would struggle with every single exercise. But I’ve done it my second time through WOYO, and I improved on every single exercise! Except for push ups! I got the same number of push ups as before. But holy cow! I mean, I didn’t just improve by 1 or 2, but like 15-20! If that isn’t motivation, I don’t know what is!

This program was just amazing. The strength I’ve gained in 6 weeks is amazing. I am starting another round of WOYO today and am excited to see how much better I do this time.

Crushed that fitness test!! I doubled most of my scores, added weights to a few exercises and was a different kind of tired this fitness test.
