This workout was perfect for the final day of WOYO! I really enjoyed this program and I want to say thank you for putting it together so well. I have so many non scale victories and can definitely see a difference in my before and after photos. Looking forward to the handstand program and definitely will be repeating this program too. Loved the yoga today as always.

This was such a great workout series! Full of challenges! Great for beginners or those who have been in the game for awhile. Loved feeling the progress of strength and motivation throughout the series!! Onto the next challenge!!

My legs were way too sore from quad day to do the fitness test today. This static hold work out and backbench flow was a perfect recovery. I’ll try the test on Monday. What a wonderful program. I absolutely loved it, thank you! Feeling strong and beautiful 💪🏼
