Love the “yes be kind and gentle but there’s also a time and place to be harder on yourself and push yourself” I definitely need to hold myself more accountable!

I’m gonna add onto this for myself and get on FB ONLY to check in on the WOGO challenge! I’m so tired of telling myself and everyone else that I want to be done looking for validation on social media. No better time than now. Super excited for the challenge!
