My muscles sometimes don’t get time to rest lol. Burpees and push ups almost everyday is doing a number on me. Also had back to back bicep curls today and yesterday. I am burnt lol

Feeling so strong with this program. On round two of WOYO and the core compression yoga today really helped me get into my handstand with more control. I lifted heavier today, did the higher reps and I shook, it burned and I feel the endorphin high. (:
