Feeling so good after this workout today, and the yoga stretches felt amazing. I’m so happy I can tell improvement since my first time doing WOYO with these yoga poses. Not sure why it is, but my left side is easier to do them on, while my right side feels kinked. But I think you’d said in one of your other videos that people usually do have one side that’s more flexible. Im so happy I can do the mermaid pose! You rock btw!
