Now I tried to focus working out my upper body too but i didn't forget to do stretchings and do ebs and leg workouts! I did squats with weights, lunges, sole touches, reverse crunches and so on, now Ima head to eat ๐๐ see you again tomorrow! By the way, I was feeling a little bit sick from doing the Day 30 challenge as I did 2 workouts by then which i think for me is heavy, glad that I feel better now after working out ๐
