This workout was the most I've been Challenged EVVVVVER. I was cussing Mel out in my head the whole time. This is my 2nd time doing Built Aesthetics 2.0 and I forgot about this one. I will be saving it. Do this when you ready to F someone up and can't. Come on with it 3.0! 💪🏽 🏋🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🔥
