I cry during these workouts. The idea that I’m so weak is emotionally overwhelming, but I really appreciate the encouragement in between sets. It’s so hard but I know there will be progress.

Love using the band, I’ve been  sick for a week and this is my first mom core workout and it felt great to get back in to! Also thankful for the quickies while I’ve been sick to get some kind of moment daily!

Love love love! The birds dogs are come of my favs!

Back! Had an adrenal flare that zapped my energy, so I just kept walking, but I’m here again, working on my core!

I had to switch my workout and rest day, because I was so sore from Day 15 and Day 16! This felt good to move without being too much for sore muscles.

I love coming back to the original workouts. I can see the progress I’ve made.

My ribs use to HURT with the thread the needle when I put my arm behind my back! Now I can do it without any pain! So fun to feel the changes in my body and getting stronger!

I tried doing this while my kids were awake and without something to anchor the band to. It made it impossible, but I’m proud I moved my body a little today.

After workout delays w moving houses, kids getting nasty flu and then me getting that nasty flu I am SO glad to be back! This felt so good! My back, neck, and hips especially missed this!

I have done this workout several times but this was the first time the deadlift movement really clicked for me. Such a good workout

It took my two hours get this done cause of the babies, but I got it done!! And so happy I did. I always feel amazing after these workouts 💞

That quite literally kicked my butt 😅 loved the new moves and challenging myself!

Wow that was great! It can be hard to feel an exercise the first time I do it, so I’m excited to come back round in this one and see how that mine muscle connection has formed. Loved this one.

Loved. I enjoy when things are difficult, not because of the actual strength part, but the combination of having the strength but keeping stability and good posture and alignment.

I finally got a band with handles and that is a game changer! My favorite set is when we balance on the ball! I feel so strong doing that one!

Today, I chased my boy around hunting for Easter eggs and also some meditation. Lovely rest day!

Need this today. My body has been telling me to rest, so light walking will be on the agenda.

Took the rest day, enjoyed a friend's BBQ and swimming all afternoon with my kids.

This felt so good today! I’m feeling stronger and stronger everyday!

I love how these have increased my strength, stability, and endurance! Not only do I see a difference in how my body looks (yay for strength, muscles & toning!), but I also notice a difference in my day to day mom-ing where I’m stronger and able to do more and more!
