My ribs use to HURT with the thread the needle when I put my arm behind my back! Now I can do it without any pain! So fun to feel the changes in my body and getting stronger!

I tried doing this while my kids were awake and without something to anchor the band to. It made it impossible, but I’m proud I moved my body a little today.
