The beginning of this workout is geared towards helping you develop speed, power, and agility. Perform the Movement Prep first followed by the speed workout. Second, perform the follow-along mobility series.

I had to do some all out, 30 second max resistance pedaling on the exercise bike instead of sprints, as I am dealing with some long term plantar fasciitis. While I kinda hate the exercise bike, because I have a hard time getting my heart rate as high as it would be for sprints, it was still adequate. Love the mobility work at the end!
