Whew! Today was a good one! At the start of this 9th week, I definitely am noticing some gains. Not only do I feel stronger, but I have a lot of improvement in my mobility. The daily pain that I used to have in my right hip, and left shoulder, seem to have gone away completely. Love this series! Thanks!
