I was gasping for air by the end of that Metabolic Core Conditioning round!! Wore me out enough that I lost count of what set I was on on that final round, thinking I only had one set left, when I still had two (and there were only four sets, which shouldn’t be that hard to keep track of)! Man, I was tired!!
