Wanted to start your 31 day challenge today, but stuck with this routine as I’m only two weeks from completion (will do the challenge days on off days for this, and will do the challenge daily once this is done). That being said, great workout today! High heart rate for most of it, and legs and shoulders definitely feeling worked!!
