What a fun practice ☺️ Very intense on the wrists and the shoulders but I found myself pleasantly surprised with a few hops and transitions I thought I’d not be able to do 😋👍🏻 went beyond my normal range and I’m grateful for the guidance to challenge my strength x

So spicy and juicy. Great flow. I did it in the morning and I warmed up quick. Bit stiff through the backs of the legs and lower back but got there. Any tips on how to improve the half hero’s forward fold? Thank you🔆
