Haven't done too much yoga so her talking through everything helped a lot so I'm I didn't have to stare at my phone. Great stretch for sure. Will be doing this one again.

Excellent direction, guidance and cues through a lovely foundational flow! Thank you for encouraging us to get intuitive and move a little freely with poses that we often feel pressure to hold ‘perfectly’. Thank you for making this class powerful and playful too x
