I've done this flow so many times, sometimes I wonder if playbook keeps track. Seriously though, it has dramatically helped me find relief from shoulder fatigue after working at my desk all day. I also really like the heart flow for the same reasons. I can't thank you enough Chelsea for sharing your knowledge on this platform 🙏🏼
