First workout for for me. Great set. This will be great for me. Videos played out differently to what I was expecting where i thought it would be a bit more automatic with the videos changing. Will figure it out!

Hi Todd, for the supersets, should we be completing 3 round of the first exercise followed by three rounds of the second exercise? Or should we do one round of each exercise in the superset and then repeat that 3x.
