First workout for for me. Great set. This will be great for me. Videos played out differently to what I was expecting where i thought it would be a bit more automatic with the videos changing. Will figure it out!

Hi Todd, for the supersets, should we be completing 3 round of the first exercise followed by three rounds of the second exercise? Or should we do one round of each exercise in the superset and then repeat that 3x. Thanks!
