Dad, Physician, Hybrid Athlete

I’m a dad of 3 (4 and under), husband, and full-time physician (MD, internal medicine hospitalist). I’m an avid runner and also train with a blend of kettlebell and functional strength training. In my own life - amidst the busyness of medical training and now work + parenthood - I’ve found that even just 10-15 minutes of focused exercise sessions can make a HUGE difference in my physical and mental wellness! Training Requirements
My workouts can be done at home with a variety of minimalist equipment (including 1-2 kettlebells, a pair of dumbbells, a pull-up bar, and Equalizer Bars. Some workouts may incorporate conventional barbell exercises). A workout mat is recommended. You don't need all of these items to get started - workouts are grouped according to equipment used. Dumbbells and kettlebells may be interchanged for many exercises!
