Try this circuit with one medium-weight kettlebell (I used 35 lbs)
4 rounds
1. KB pullover x 12 reps
2. KB single arm row x 15/arm
3. KB bicep curls x 10 reps
4. KB swings x 20 reps
(rest 30 seconds between rounds)
