This is a fun circuit you can do to burn out those legs with just some dumbbells & a plate! For the dumbbells, try for 15-30 pounds each. Choose weights that are challenging for you!
A. 4 Sets:
A1. Heels elevated 1 & 1/4 Squats x 10 reps
A2. In & out plate jump squats x 10 reps
B. 4 Sets:
B1. Deficit Curtsy Lunge x 10 reps/leg
B2. Front foot elevated split squats x 12/leg
