Here’s a short but fun workout to attack those legs. You’ll need one heavy dumbbell and access to a couple different heights of boxes/steps.
A. 3 Sets:
A1. Goblet Pause Bulgarian Split Squats x 10 reps/leg
A2. Box Jumps x 10 reps
*Rest 1 minute b/w sets
B. 4 Sets:
B1. Single Leg RDL x 12 reps/leg
*Rest 30 seconds b/w sets
C. 3 Sets:
C1. High Step-ups x 10 reps/leg
*Rest 30 seconds b/w sets
D. 5 Sets:
D1. Hill Sprints x 10-20 seconds
*Rest 1 minute b/w sets
