Genuinely confused on the structure of this program. I feel frustrated that I don’t know for certain that I’m following it accurately. The instructions are really unclear to me because there’s mention of moving from one movement to the next with no rest, but then also taking 30 seconds off between movements. Also, unsure about whether to do each movement 2 times per round, or just once. I wish there was better descriptions

I like the workout but this was originally sold as 20 minutes a day… to do this as outlined it’s about 36 minutes. That’s nearly double the time.

The second round is where I can tell the first round WORKED ME OUT! Such a good feel-good workout. I usually hate push-ups but I really enjoyed this.
