I wish that the timer had a tabata setting for 30 or 60 seconds. It would make tracking simpler while staying in the zone.

I definitely misunderstood the 30 second rests vs 1 min rest and did one exercise at a time instead of doing them all and THEN doing the second round 😅🤣 I think it was because I was doing the exercise one window at a time instead of seeing the steps laid out. Anyways still loved my workout! First one and I’m looking forward to staying commited.
