The instructions for the scissor/cross-at-the-shins leg exercise was a bit confusing. The instructions say to keep legs bent and parallel to the floor, but the video shows the legs completely perpendicular to the floor bending at the hips. I wasn’t sure which one to follow. Maybe I misread the instructions?
