With a focus on progressive overload, this program is designed to become increasingly challenging as you progress through the weeks, ensuring that you are constantly pushing yourself to improve. Whether you prefer to work out in the comfort of your own home or at the gym, this program is designed to be adaptable to your needs. It focuses on traditional strength training movements, as well as incorporating Pilates-style workouts to help you build a strong, toned physique. In addition to strength training, this program also includes high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to get your heart rate up and burn those calories. We believe that a well-rounded fitness program should focus on both cardio and strength training, and this program strikes the perfect balance between the two. But that's not all - we also focus on deep core and pelvic floor work, helping you to build a strong and stable foundation for all your workouts. By incorporating this important aspect of fitness into our program, we ensure that you are building strength from the inside out. So whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting on your fitness journey, this program is designed to challenge you and help you achieve your fitness goals.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone β€” regardless of equipment β€” to help you get in shape.
