It focuses on traditional strength training movements, as well as incorporating Pilates-style workouts to help you build a strong, toned physique. In addition to strength training, this program also includes high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to get your heart rate up and burn those calories. We believe that a well-rounded fitness program should focus on both cardio and strength training, and this program strikes the perfect balance between the two. But that's not all - we also focus on deep core and pelvic floor work, helping you to build a strong and stable foundation for all your workouts. By incorporating this important aspect of fitness into our program, we ensure that you are building strength from the inside out. No music was strange and I find one continuous workout to be easier to follow than 7 seperate parts … could be me having to just getting used to a new format so I will keep going as the workout itself was good 👍
