this wasn’t my favorite but still super challenging. pleaseeeeeee fix the timer. it takes so much of my workout time to adjust every round/workout

3 rounds! So glad I did it. I love these workouts ❤️‍🔥 Ladies- the timer isn’t set incorrectly or confusing, you just have to set it up right! Set the timer for the session length, 1min for each movement (30sec on + 30sec of rest)
