Cardio and me are not good friends, especially after I ate a big meal. I was ready to call it quits, especially when I seen the "60 second finisher". But my dad was watching ๐ I didn't want to disappoint him so I managed to gather the last breath I had and muscle through it. Thank you so much for the cooling down stretches now I feel nice and loose.๐
