Nope the problem is not ya'll it's me. I completed this whole workout, it definitely did its job but I don't like jumping exercises and anything resembling push-ups and this includes, planks, mountain climbers, etc. That's said, great freakin workout💪🏾.

Feeling rough this week. Tomorrow is last day of Level Up program. I definitely see more definition in my arms and back. Today is Day 8 of cut, I ravaged a bag of celery and carrots last night, and I was able to stop after two ritz crackers with cheese. That’s what’s up.
