Sometimes, the hardest part in reaching your fitness goal is not knowing where to start, or what direction to take. We have created this program to help you feel confident in not only approaching, but also achieving your goals. No matter what fitness level you're at, it's important to have structure and consistency as the foundation of your journey toward reaching your goals. This program is designed to simplify fitness so that you have the tools and knowledge to create lifestyle changes that best support you on that journey. This is a strength & conditioning based program that contains a mixture of circuit style training and follow along workouts. We've included nutritional guidance and motivational videos to supplement your training throughout the 6 weeks and beyond. We encourage you to utilize all of the tools included in this program to help you level up your fitness!

Weight training 3 times per week 1 Strength HIIT Day 1 Cardio Day 2 Full rest days/focus on recovery

Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app) Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover

B R U T A L! I had to modify on last series. But did 6 sets of each. Felt solid through series 1-3.
